My name is Paul Ockerman and my goal is to make your fishing trip comfortable, successful, safe, fun, and personalized. I would enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with you fishing for salmon and steelhead on Washington’s premier rivers using a variety of techniques and top-notch gear.
I am both licensed and insured to fish for salmon and steelhead. I hold a U.S. Coast Guard Captain’s License.
I have been fishing for over 50 years on these beautiful Northwest rivers. I operate a Koffler 16′ jet sled. I can accommodate up to three clients on this boat (depending on technique being used, sometimes only two can fish at a time). I also have a 2013 Willie Raptor 23′ with padded seats, lots of room, and plenty of power. I can accommodate up to 6 clients very comfortably.
I am skilled using a variety of techniques including side-drifting, back-bouncing, spinners, plugs, floats, bobber dogging and bait-divers. Book a trip with me and I will ensure you are not disappointed!
